To display a device to a BenQ using a Web browser:

1. Log in to the BenQ.

2. Press InstaShare 2 on the BenQ display (or find it in the App menu).

3. Press Share without app.

Look for Webcasting steps.

4. Open your preferred Web browser and follow the Webcasting steps displayed on the BenQ (iPad must use Chrome browser).

Then, enter your name, session ID and click Connect.

5. Click Device to board.

6. Press Allow on the BenQ board when prompted. (This is a security setting to prevent unwanted sharing).

7. Choose what you want to share, allow audio sharing if needed, and click Share.

8. Return to webcasting tab and click Disconnect when finished sharing.

Press OK to disconnect.
