How to update/pair the BenQ InstaShare Button Follow

If the InstaShare button does not work, it may need to be updated and/or reconnected to the BenQ board.

 

1. Press the Settings button.

 

2. Press InstaShare Button on the board.

 

3. Plug the InstaShare Button into the USB-C port on the front of the BenQ board.

 

Wait a moment and you will be prompted to update the firmware and/or setup the button.

1. Run the firmware update, if prompted. This will take about a minute.

 

2. Close the firmware update dialog. 

 

3. Leave the button connected for a moment and follow setup steps to the right, if prompted.

If you're not prompted to set up the button, unplug it from the BenQ and try to connect your device.

1. Press OK to set up the button.

 

2. Rename button with your room name at the end of "InstaButton".

 

3. Press Close.

 

4. Unplug button from the BenQ and try to connect your device.
