To display your laptop to BenQ using the InstaShare 2 App:

1. Log in to the BenQ.

2. Press InstaShare 2 on the BenQ display.

3. Open the InstaShare 2 application on your laptop (you may need to install the App first).

4. Enter the pairing code provided on the BenQ display into the InstaShare 2 application on your laptop, then click Connect.

5. Click Device to board in InstaShare 2 on your laptop (if you don't see this option click the settings icon in the upper right).

7. Choose the screen or content on your laptop to display and click Share.

• Note: Click Apps and choose a specific App or window to share if you'd like to mimic the "Freeze" feature of a projector and/or work on other windows on your laptop while students view the BenQ display.

8. Press Allow on the BenQ board when prompted. (This is a security setting to prevent unwanted sharing).

9. Display your laptop and use the floating display tools at the top of your screen to record or change the App/content you want to display.

10. Use InstaShare 2 on your laptop to control your shared screen and to disconnect when finished.
