Use Call Handling to choose how to receive calls:

Please Note:  Turning off all routing options other than your desk phone is fine however It will be to your advantage during phone or power outages to have your zoom calls route to your mobile phone.  We recommend you keep the zoom phone settings referenced here bookmarked on your mobile phone browser so that you can turn on the call routing should we experience a site outage.

1. Go to https://vcs.zoom.us, click Sign in, and sign in with your VCS email address and password:

2. Click Phone in the left menu:

3. Scroll down to the Call Handling settings and click Edit:

4. Toggle on/off your preferred mode(s) of call handling and click Save:

• Zoom Phone Appliance Apps - we don't use this

• Zoom Desktop Apps - this is the Zoom App on your computer

• Zoom Mobile Apps - this is the Zoom App on your cell phone and/or tablet

• Desk Phone - this is your desk phone

If you are handling calls on more than one device, you can adjust the call handling ring mode.
