To change the phone and voicemail PIN

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal with your VCS email and password at https://vcs.zoom.us.

2. In the left navigation menu, click Phone.

3. In the top navigation menu, click Settings.

4. Scroll down to the Desk Phone heading and click Show or Edit beside PIN Code.

Note:

• The PIN cannot contain group of repeated digits like 1111 or 3333.
• The PIN cannot be an ascending or descending group of digits like 1234 or 9876.
