One of your staff has left the organization and although you did your best to migrate all pertinent information from their possession into yours, there are times when you find yourself in need of searching their email Inbox.
While we are unable to provide managers with unfettered access to a user's inbox, IT staff are willing and able to search for specific items on your behalf. You can help us find your desired document quickly by providing the following criteria that will be helpful to our search process.
- Subject matter or description (i.e. compensation spreadsheet, 100 question test bank, etc.)
- Key words (i.e. payroll, 501c3, syllabus, etc.)
- Any specific file attachment formats (i.e. excel spreadsheet, PDF, Word doc, etc.)
- Approximate timeframe this document, email, etc was created, sent, or received (i.e. between January and June, 2020-2021, etc.)
