To migrate a personal Canva account to a VCS education account and preserve existing data:
First, Log-in to your VCS education account:

1. Click on your profile icon in the lower left 2. Click on your personal account at the top of the menu 3. + Add another account 4. Click Continue another way 5. Click Continue with Microsoft 6. Sign in with your VCS email account |

Now, you are signed in to both accounts and can toggle back and forth between accounts:
- You can cancel your personal account subscription if you want. Your designs will stay in your account.
Next, migrate your Canva designs:
1. Toggle back to your personal account.
2. Migrate designs:
- Share designs with your VCS account.
- Download designs to your computer and then upload to your VCS account.
