To share a screen to multiple BenQ Boards:

1. Log in to all BenQ Boards that will be shared.

• Primary BenQ Board: You must login to the primary BenQ Board with a staff account.

• Additonal BenQ Board(s): You can login to the other BenQ Board(s) with other staff accounts or as a guest.

   

2. Open the InstaShare 2 App on all BenQ Boards involved.

3. On the primary BenQ Board: Press the InstaShare 2 settings button in the lower right corner of the screen.

4. Press the Gear icon.

5. Swipe down to Board-to-board sharing and press Off.

6. Switch Board-to-board sharing On.

7. Press Add.

8. Select additional BenQ Board(s) to share to.

8. Press Confirm.

9. Whatever you do on this primary board will now be shared to the other board(s) you selected.

10. End the board-to-board sharing session when finished by returning to the board-to-board sharing settings and pressing the trash can and switching off Board-to-board sharing.
