If you see this message appear on the BenQ, this means the BenQ is locked and unresponsive to Keypad, Remote, and Touch controls.

Unlock the BenQ by holding the gear icon down on the remote control or the board control panel for up to 10 seconds until you see that the "Keypad/Remote/Touch Unlocked" message on screen.
