To Set Up 2-Step Verification for Google/Warriorlife Using the MS Authenticator App:

On Your Laptop

1. Open your browser and sign in to Google Drive (https://drive.google.com) with your Warriorlife account.

2. Click your profile icon in the upper-right, then click "Manage your Google account." 

3. Click "Security & sign-in" from the left menu.

4. Scroll down and click "2-Step Verification".

5. Click "Add authenticator app".

6. Click "+ Set up authenticator".

A QR code will apear on screen.

On Your Phone

7. Open the Microsoft Authenticator App on your phone and click the "Scan QR Code" button in the lower-right.

8. Scan the QR code on your laptop.

9. Your Google/Warriorlife account will be added to your Authenticator App and you will see a one-time 6-digit code.

• You will have 30 seconds to enter this code on your lapotp.

On Your Laptop

10. Click "Next".

11. Enter the 6-digit code from your Authenticator App and click "Verify."

• If your code expired after 30 seconds, return to your Authenicator App and get the next available code.

12. Congratulations, you have successfully set up 2-factor authentication. You can close your browser now. 

If you are ever prompted for 2-step verification, open the Microsoft Authenticator App to retreive a verification code.
