To display your device to BenQ wirelessly:

1. Press the Power button on the BenQ to wake it (if it's asleep or off). 

2. Login to the BenQ with your account or as a guest.

3. Press InstaShare 2 on the BenQ display.

4. Open the InstaShare 2 application on your laptop.

• NOTE: You may need to install this from Company Portal (PC) or Self Service (MAC).

• You can also access InstaShare 2 in the top-right of the Chrome browser if you're signed in to Chrome with your Warriorlife account.

5. Enter the pairing code provided on the BenQ display into the InstaShare 2 application on your laptop, then click Connect on your laptop.

6. Click Device to board in InstaShare 2 on your laptop (if you don't see this option click the settings icon in the upper right).

7. Choose the screen or content on your laptop to display and click Share.

• Note: Click Apps and choose a specific App or window to share if you'd like to mimic the "Freeze" feature of a projector and/or work on other windows on your laptop while students view the BenQ display.

8. Display your device and use the floating display tools at the top of your screen to record or change the App/content you want to display.

9. Use InstaShare 2 on your laptop to control your shared screen and to disconnect when finished.
