To check your spam filter on the web:

1. Click here to go to ProofPoint: https://us1.proofpointessentials.com/app/login.php 

2. Enter your VCS email address and click LOGIN

3. Click Sign in with Microsoft

4. Enter your VCS email and password if prompted, or, you will pass right through to Proofpoint if you're already signed in

5. Select a time range and click Search

6. To release an email from the filter to your Inbox:

• Select the message

• Click Actions > choose Release from quarantine (just sends message to inbox) or Release and approve (sends message to inbox and whitelists future messages from this email address)

7. To allow or block particular senders, click Allow/Block Sender Lists in the Administration menu

8. Enter email addresses you want to allow or block and click Save
