VCS has a Zoom Workplace Enterprise license, so all VCS faculty and staff must sign in to Zoom using single sign-on (SSO) via our VCS Zoom domain and Microsoft accounts. Please carefully follow the sign-in steps below to ensure you are using your licensed VCS version of Zoom.
Once you sign in to Zoom, you will stay signed in as long as you regularly use Zoom. If you haven't used Zoom in 30 days, you will be automatically logged out and will need to sign back in using the steps below.
Sign in to Zoom using your VCS account:
1. Open Zoom.
NOTE:
- You may be prompted to update Zoom. Follow the prompts to install the Zoom update now.
- If the Zoom update requires and Administrator account, please follow these steps to install the Zoom update: https://helpdesk.vcs.net/hc/en-us/articles/31606893587853-How-to-Install-Zoom
- After Zoom has updated, resume steps below.
2. Click Sign In.
3. Click SSO.
4. Type "vcs" in the company domain field and click Continue.
5. Zoom will open a tab in your browser.
- Sign in to Microsoft with your VCS email password, if prompted.
- Click Open Zoom Meetings when prompted by the browser.
