VCS teachers use their "Personal Meeting Room" to host online classroom sessions during distance learning days. The personal meeting room has a dedicated 10-11 digit ID number (PMI) and a dedicated URL, both of which can be used by students to join online classroom sessions. Teachers should post their PMI link on their class page(s) so student can easily access online classroom sessions.
To post your VCS Zoom PMI on your class web page(s):
1. Open Zoom.
2. Click the down arrow next to the New metting button, then check the box to "Use my personal meeting ID (PMI)".
While you're there, take note of your PMI number; you will use it in the next step.
3. Verify that your PMI matches the one the school has on record for you in this spreadsheet.
If it doesn't match, double check that you're logged in to your VCS Zoom account using these steps.
If it does match, copy the Zoom URL in the right-hand column for use in the next step.
4. Go to your class web page(s) and add a URL/hyperlink for your Zoom PMI link:
Example link text/name: "Mr. Cunningham's Zoom Room"

4. Your students can click your Zoom link to join your classroom.
