When you join meetings, webinars, chats or channels hosted on Zoom, your profile information, including your name and profile picture, may be visible to other participants or members. You can edit your profile prior to meetings and webinars so your preferred profile information is displayed.

To edit your Zoom profile:

1. Open a browser, go to https://vcs.zoom.us, and sign in using your VCS email address and password.

2. Click Profile in the left menu and click Edit.

3. Edit at least your (1) profile picture and (2) display name, then click Save at the bottom of this screen.
