Zoom requires at least one of the following security methods: passcode, waiting room, or authentication. VCS expects teachers to use both waiting room and authentication security requirements to ensure that only the approved and expected participants are able to access the Zoom classroom.

To secure your Zoom classroom:

1. Open a browser, go to https://vcs.zoom.us, and sign in using your VCS email address and password.

2. Click Meetings in the left menu, click Personal Room, and click Edit.

3. Check Waiting Room and Require authentication to join.

• Note: Make sure that warriorlife.net is the selected authentication method. This will ensure that only users with Warriorlife and VCS emails can enter your room.
• If you need to meet with non-VCS participant, we recommend scheduling a Zoom meeting using these steps.

Click Save.
