To use Zoom on BenQ:

1. Press the Power button on the Benq board to wake it (if it's asleep or off). 

2. Login to the BenQ with your account (preferred) or as a guest (you may also use your BenQ NFC card).

3. Press the Apps menu and then press Zoom.

4. Press Sign In (or press Join a Meeting if you don't need a Zoom account for the scheduled meeting).

5. Press Continue with SSO.

6. If you get prompted to "make Chrome your own," press Use without an account (you can set up Chrome later, if you want).

7. Enter VCS as the company domain and press Continue.

8. Enter you VCS email address.

9. Enter your VCS password.

10. Press No or Yes based on your preference.

11. Press the Menu icon in the upper right.

12. Uncheck Desktop site by pressing it.

13. Press Launch Zoom Workplace app.

14. Press Not now when prompted to "Get notified."

15. Press Not now when prompted to "Make scheduling simple."

16. Press Get started.

17. Press DON'T ALLOW.

18. Press DON'T ALLOW.

19. Start or join a meeting.
