To share your screen with Promethean wirelessly:

1. Press the Power button on the Promethean panel to wake it (if it's asleep or off). 

2. Press the Menu button on the Promethean panel.

3. Press Applications on the lower-right of the Promethean panel.

4. Press Screen Share on the Promethean panel.

5. Press the Waiting Room button on the Screen Share prompt on the Promethean panel.

6. Open the Promethean Screen Share application on your laptop.

• NOTE: You may need to install this from Company Portal (PC) or Self Service (MAC).
• Screen Share 2 is also available on Chromebooks/Chrome Browsers as an extension.

7. Enter the pairing code provided on the Promethean panel into the Screen Share application on your laptop, then click ENTER WAITING ROOM on your laptop.

8. Press your name in the Waiting Room to approve your sharing request.

8. Control the display from your laptop and/or Promethean panel. Press STOP SHARING SCREEN on the Screen Share application when you're finished sharing your screen.
