To get replacement consumables including paper, genuine replacement toner, or a print drum, contact your campus (or dept) rep shown below.

You can request supplies for your campus/dept copier or classroom/office HP printer. You can also report a problem with your copier. Your campus rep should be able to assist with basic needs such as print jams.

Note: MRC can provide replacement parts and consumables for your classroom printer, but does not support any non-MRC devices.

Mr. Dee Kim is our MRC (Xerox) account manager.  There are several different ways to order Xerox supplies and HP Toner from MRC:

1. [Recommended]  Call (877) 459-0777, option 1 for Supplies, option 2 for Service.  The agent will ask for your Machine ID (MID) or Serial Number (SN) and what supplies you need plus a couple other questions.
2. [Recommended]  Send an email to our MRC Supplies Team – MRC-MRCSUPPLIES@xerox.com – including the MID or SN and what supplies you need.  They should respond with an acknowledgement, availability, ETA and Confirmation#.
3. [Not recommended]  Use our online portal – https://einfo.mrc360.com/einfo/Gateway/Login.  While we’re always trying to improve the customer experience, it’s currently not 100% reliable.
