Instructor Quick Submit allows you to submit papers and receive Similarity Reports without creating a class or an assignment. This is a useful tool for spot-checking submissions and having these papers in electronic format. Quick submit should not be used if you prefer that students submit their own papers.
Instructor Quick Submit must be used in the Turnitin website:
- Note: Do not use any other features on the Turnitin website. Use the Moodle Turnitin tool for all assignments.
1. Log-in the Turnitin website with your VCS email address and password (you may need to use password reset)
2. Make sure you are in “Instructor” view
3. Click “User Info”
4. Enable “Activate quick submit” and click submit
5. Click “Quick Submit” tab and follow prompts
