VCS requires all employees to change their password at least once a year.
Important Notes About Changing Your VCS Password:
-
Your VCS password is automatically synced to many other accounts, including Wi-Fi, Email, Warriorlife, Adobe Creative Cloud, and others.
- Windows Users: Your computer login password will also sync.
- MAC Users: You will need to change your computer login password, too, after changing your VCS password according to this article. Click here for these steps.
- After you change your password, you will be prompted to enter your new password by many of these synced accounts on all devices that you access them on. You may also be prompted by the Microsoft Authenticator App to authenticate after entering your new password.
- After you enter your new password by these synced accounts, you should also update your password manager(s).
-
If you don't change your password before its yearly expiration, you will be forced to change it the first time you log-in on campus following the expiration.
