The A/V Mute button can be used to temporarily turn off the projected picture and sound if you want to redirect your students' attention during a presentation. Note that your multimedia will continue to run on your device unless you pause it there, too.

1. Press the A/V Mute button once to temporarily stop projection and mute any sound.
2. Press it once again to resume projection and sound.

If you hold the A/V mute button down for 5 seconds or longer, however, the projection mode will change and flip the image over top-to-bottom.

• If this happens, press and hold down the A/V Mute button on the remote control for five seconds to change projection back to the original mode.
